Northline
San Gabriel Pkwy Leander, TX 78641
Northline is Leander’s new downtown district – a unique destination where contemporary design meets the character and charm of Texas Hill Country tradition. From entertainment-focused retail with restaurants, shops and cafés, to offices, hotels, residential and public gathering spaces, this walkable urban hub will become the heart and soul of Leander and transform Williamson County.
The project began construction on Phase One in Q1 2020, which will include the project’s signature civic space, Town Square, surrounded by a retail core and other complementary uses.
All roads (and rails) lead to Northline.
The Ideal Location
Northline is located in Leander, Texas, 26 miles north of Austin in Williamson County, at the intersection of Hwy 183 and 183A. With the population more than doubling over the past eight years, the City of Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, showing no signs of slowing down. Because the city has lacked a true central destination, the Northline development is highly-anticipated and long deserved.
Capital Metro
Situated around Leander’s Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) core, Northline’s namesake is derived from its placement at the northernmost MetroRail line, Leander Station. The rail stop is less than ⅛ mile from Northline, making this urban community a short walk for commuters and visitors.
